On 2nd February 2018 an Interactive Session was arranged with the Senior Superintendent Police Karachi South in which a good number of DSR. The meeting was attended by all SHOs of the Defence Police Stations. Mr. Arif Alvi, MNA 247 (Defence /Clifton), Mr. Ishtiaq Baig Consul General of Yemen and representative of DHA vigilance Col. Saeed were also present.
Issues faced by the residents like safety & security, menace of beggars on the roads and traffic flow and street crimes in DHA were discussed.
It was also desired that DHA Vigilance Department should work in conjunction with local police of the area for better results.
At the end of this useful meeting, certificates of appreciation were awarded to SHOs of the area.
